All Glow by Hellen products are handmade and printed on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. It takes 2–7 business days to process an order before it is shipped out. Most orders are processed within 4 business days.

To ensure ultimate premium quality, ethical working conditions, and strict adherence to craftsmanship, all Glow by Hellen products are exclusively manufactured, cut, sewn, and embroidered in the USA and Europe. Depending on your location and current factory capacity, your order will be fulfilled and shipped from our closest facility in either Europe or the United States.

✨ Delivery Claims & Address Accuracy
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us at nuru@glowbyhellen.com within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process, which can take up to 30 days. Glow by Hellen does not accept responsibility or issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
To ensure proper delivery, please make sure your address is correctly entered at checkout with all relevant street numbers, abbreviations, and apartment details. Glow by Hellen does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided at the time of purchase was incorrect.
📏 Customs Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, you may be liable to pay for duties, import taxes, and related customs fees once your order arrives at its final destination. Payment of these charges is your responsibility and is determined by your local customs office. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
